Starting her entrepreneurial journey at 20, Elisa gained extensive experience at a young age. She specializes in interior design and oversees renovations for a range of clients. An internship led her to Bali, where she and Jorben began exploring investment opportunities. In 2022, they purchased Hotel Tamantara in Ubud, which soon expanded to include Restaurant Amsterdam Ubud. Together with a third partner, they acquired two spacious villas in the heart of Canggu, walking distance from the beach, and a large six-person villa in Pererenan.
The villas and restaurant needed complete design and furnishing—a perfect project for Elisa, whose talent lies in tropical design. She brings her creativity to life by integrating local finds into her designs. Elisa excels in managing construction projects with a strong attention to detail. After several intense months of learning, the villas have been rented out for a year, achieving an impressive 93% occupancy rate.
With the experience from the Beach Villas in Canggu, they are ready for a new challenge: delivering similar great returns for Dutch investors. At a prime location in Bingin, Uluwatu, they are set to build 11 luxury villas, walking distance from top restaurants and only twelve minutes from the beach!
