Completion refers to the moment at which the construction or renovation of real estate">commercial real estate is completed and delivered to the (new) owner. When delivering (new) shops, offices, industrial halls, garages, etc. you will also receive a key (including a copy). It is recommended to replace all locks immediately after handing over the key.
