The agreement between the fund and the fund manager/management, which specifies all the responsibilities of the manager and the investment fund. The duties and responsibilities in this agreement may include all or part of the activities listed in the definition of asset management, fund management and property management.
The manager charges a fee for this, usually expressed as a percentage of the actual or contractual rental income. The management agreement forms part of the documents accompanying the prospectus.
