The annual meeting of partners is conducted at least once yearly, generally within six months following the financial year's end. Annual financial statements are presented for approval, and the latest annual report is reviewed. Partners may choose to vote by mail and are not required to attend the meeting. Additional meetings can be convened throughout the year if required.
