A partnership is a form of cooperation between two or more individuals where each partner has the right to represent the partnership. The partnership does not possess its own capital, and in the case of debts, all partners are equally responsible. If a partner acts without permission, the liability of the other partners is nullified. Taxes are calculated based on each partner's share of the profits.
