The single price overview shows the sales price per postcode area in a specific street or area. Here you can see which sales have taken place and for what price. The overview shows the sales for this year and the past five years. The overview contains the house number and the associated purchase price.
In some cases (such as renting) the purchase price is not known. You can request a purchase price of 1.99 euros for each requested overview via the Land Registry's purchase price telephone.
