WOZ is responsible for the valuation of all real estate, such as business premises and homes. The WOZ value is determined by the government once a year. When taking out a commercial mortgage, your bank or insurer may ask you to take into account the WOZ value of the commercial space. If you do not have a WOZ value, please contact the counter of the municipality.
