A restaurant within walking distance of Bingin Beach

Our newest location is in Uluwatu, some 900 metres from Bingin Beach and Dreamland Beach. Uluwatu has been one of the fastest growing areas of Bali for years: surfers, digital nomads and luxury travellers come for the cliffs, the beaches and the growing range of beach clubs and restaurants. What was missing so far was a place open from early morning until late evening.

The same concept, a new place

The setup is the same as in Ubud and on Gili Trawangan: western breakfast, lunch and dinner, fresh juices and good coffee, in an open space with plenty of wood, rattan and greenery. The kitchen runs the same menu as our other locations, which lets us spread purchasing, staffing and quality control across several venues. That is exactly what makes a third location attractive: the concept is fully developed and proven, only the place is new.

Why Uluwatu

Uluwatu draws a different crowd than Ubud: younger, more active and with a longer average stay. A steady breakfast and lunch crowd from the surrounding villas and accommodations, combined with dinner guests in the evening, spreads revenue across the day. The restaurant is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00.
