The manager of an investment institution is a legal entity responsible for managing one or more funds, covering administrative, technical, commercial, and financial management. The manager holds a permanent management license as specified in the Wft.
Participation rights in Dutch investment institutions can only be granted with the manager's approval. The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets issues necessary licenses to managers.
