GlossaryFbi

What means FBI?

The Fiscal Investment Institution (FBI) is a specific type of company focused solely on investing. These companies are not permitted to engage in their own business operations. To maintain FBI status, companies must comply with strict conditions, such as distributing the results of their activities as dividends within 8 months. The company's real estate can be financed up to 60% of its fiscal book value with borrowed capital, all at a 0% tax rate.
