What means Inspection appointment?

Usually, prior to the transfer with the notary, a viewing appointment is made with the seller to view the business premises. The purpose of this check is to make sure that you will not be faced with any surprises after the transfer. The inspection takes about 45 minutes and it is best to complete it before going to the notary.
