My entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 21 when I started a video and photography company. After successfully running this business for a decade, it was time for something new. I sold the company, bought a one-way ticket to Asia, and embarked on a new adventure. I fell in love with Bali and discovered the immense potential in real estate in the tourism sector. My experience in construction, renovation, and interior styling came in handy when, together with my partners, we bought two half-finished villas. Beach Villas Canggu are located three hundred meters from the beach in the center of Canggu. After completing the initial construction, we redesigned and finished these two three-bedroom villas. The villas are spacious, bright, and equipped with all comforts and luxury. We paid great attention to an original design, trendy and timeless with a local twist, resulting in a photogenic whole.
Within two months, we became Superhost and after four months, Guests Favorite Choice on Airbnb, achieving a return of 23%.
The second project was the brand new villa Casa Orange. This is a luxurious three-bedroom villa in Pererenan, a quieter part of Canggu. This area is perfect for long-term rentals and also for daily rentals during the high season. The villa features three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a stylish living room with kitchen, and a private pool.
After receiving many inquiries from our network about investing in real estate in Bali, we decided as project developers to start a new villa project, this time for investors. In a prime location in the popular Bingin in Uluwatu, Bali, we are building a limited number of villas as investment properties with a predicted return of 15-25%.
