GlossaryInvestment_deduction

What means Investment deduction?

Investment deduction refers to the amount that can be deducted from the profit. This is possible if you use a building to house your company. In order to deduct investment, it is sometimes wise to apply for a fiscal unity between your BVs (if your property is part of your holding company, but the largest profit (and therefore deduction options) is in your BV). For more information and tips about your situation, please contact your accountant or tax specialist. The investment deduction only applies to the amount you have invested, not to the amount borrowed from the commercial mortgage.

Workspace at home

The investment deduction for workspace in your private home only applies if your company uses the space for 100%.
