The legal form of cooperation of the company. The CV has at least two partners, one of which is called the general partner and the other the silent partner or limited partner; the names of the partners are registered in the business register. The general partner is jointly and severally liable for all of their assets and the limited partner is only responsible for the amount of his contribution. However, once a limited partner acts on behalf of the CV, he is considered a general partner.
