Outsourcing is the outsourcing / transfer of sub-activities to a specialized third party. For real estate, task areas such as asset management can be outsourced in whole or in part. The Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes the type of service and the level at which the work is performed by the service provider. The SLA also describes the measures to be taken in the event of a malfunction, the notice period and the handover protocols.
